As we expand our global presence across Tel Aviv, the US, and the UK, we’re growing our Engineering & Infrastructure team. You’ll be joining a well-established group of experts who move fast, think strategically, and support one another. We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can design, scale, and automate modern infrastructure to power AI-driven development, massive data pipelines, and real-time Web3 analytics.

So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing our infrastructure and automation, effectively shaping our product and day-to-day work.

This is a highly independent, individual-contributor role - you’ll be the sole DevOps engineer, owning our infrastructure end-to-end and driving automation, scalability, and reliability across the organization.

You will:

• Maintain our production infrastructure and evolve it.
• Think of and implement automation to make our engineering teams move faster with fewer mistakes.
• Be part of the design review process and team.
• Deal with massive data challenges at the forefront of the internet while keeping things fast, clean, and serverless.

You will also be responsible for building scalable and automated pipelines to support AI/ML processes, integrating data platforms, and creating reliable monitoring systems

that enable rapid experimentation and stable production workflows.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to oversee processes from start to finish independently, collaborate effectively with team members, deliver rapid and well-tested systems, introduce new processes on both human and technical aspects, and contribute significantly to our overall business achievements.

Requirements:

Am I the right fit?

You’re a great fit if you bring most of these:

• 5+ years of experience with Python, Terraform, AWS, and GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and CI/CD: Docker, GitHub Actions.
• Proven experience building and deploying code in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: RDS PG & SQL, EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS,EKS, EMR/EMR Serverless, Athena, SQS, CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with Airflow, StarRocks, MongoDB, Iceberg, DataDog.
• Ability to support and optimize AI/ML workflows in production environments.
• Self-guided, motivated individual contributor with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership end-to-end.
• Work with top-tier engineers on cutting-edge AI & Web3 infrastructure, with full ownership and real impact.
