The AI Core team is at the forefront of HoneyBook’s innovative AI-driven initiatives. Our goal is to build an indispensable, daily used AI tools that WOWs our members. Our fully empowered, cross-functional squad includes highly skilled engineers working alongside embedded product, design, data, and QA team members to collaboratively shape the future of our platform through impactful AI-powered tools.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

• Play a critical role in HoneyBook’s strategic AI initiatives, influencing product vision and customer experience
• Live and breathe the entire HoneyBook codebase, from the backend bytes to the frontend bits
• Own your features from product design, through tech design all the way to production and customer usage
• Work as part of a Full Stack agile squad, working in high velocity, delivering great quality
• Inspire others. Lead by example and make sure our users get the fabulous experience they deserve

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

• 5+ years of meaningful experience with backend and frontend development.
• Proficient with backend development framework/s and language/s (RoR, Python, NodeJS etc)
• Proven practical experience developing and deploying features leveraging LLMs, including prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, and performance optimization - Bonus
• Experienced with at least of the following: React, Angular, AngularJS, Vue
• Team player with an awesome attitude: we hire people who want to make a difference.
• Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English)
• Loves product, loves owning tasks end to end and after they are live, etc.
• AI-driven, passionate about leveraging AI tools and technologies to build smarter, more efficient user experiences.
