About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead creative, high-impact campaigns and differentiate Hear’s digital presence across channels. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Product, own strategy-to-execution, and bring a maker’s mindset - rapid testing, sharp storytelling, and data-informed decisions. Responsibilities

• Planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
• Develop engaging content for blogs, social media and newsletters to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of marketing experience (startup experience preferred), with a portfolio/case studies showcasing distinctive campaigns you led.
• A creative strategist + hands-on maker: concept → copy/brief → asset → launch → iterate.
• Strong command of social & digital (LinkedIn, X, paid social, email, web), and basic SEO/content know-how.
• Comfortable with marketing automation & CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics (GA4, Looker, etc.).
• AI enthusiasm with practical experience using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.
• Excellent storytelling, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
