Quality Engineer | Lod, Central District | IAI – Military Aircraft Division

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join MALAT Technologies at IAI’s Military Aircraft Division.

The position includes:

• Supporting manufacturing and integration processes to implement lessons learned and improve process and product quality

• Reviewing and enhancing routing cards from a quality perspective and integrating required inspections

• Managing CAB / FRB committees and fault reviews, including monitoring and implementing corrective actions and improvement processes

• Serving as Chair of MRB (Material Review Board) committees

• Preparing FAI plans and supporting production lines

• Investigating quality events and leading cross-organizational lessons learned

• Executing licensing processes for safety-critical items with the authorities

• Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA, customers and management

What we are looking for:

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electronics / Industrial Engineering and Management / Mechanical Engineering – required

• At least 5 years of experience in system-level quality assurance processes – required

• Experience conducting audits – required

• CQE / CQM certification – significant advantage

• Familiarity with AS9100 standard – advantage
