IDE Technologies, a world leader in water treatment solutions, is looking for a Project Engineer to join us and be responsible for leading and overseeing all engineering aspects of the project.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and coordinate all engineering activities within the project.
• Lead integration and coordination across multiple disciplines: process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and control.
• Define work logic and set priorities between departments.
• Review and validate design against client requirements and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with specifications while identifying opportunities for change orders.
• Represent engineering in meetings with the client and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports on engineering tasks, including hours and budget tracking.

Reports to: Project Engineering Department Manager

Location: Kadima (On site)

What You Will Bring:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in an engineering company (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of prior experience in mechanical or process design (mandatory).
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams or manage people (advantage).
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of mechanical/process equipment and civil/infrastructure disciplines.
• Previous experience in water treatment systems design (strong advantage).
• Proficiency in CAD systems (advantage).
