You’ll lead a Center of Excellence for Product Management, setting organizational standards, implementing innovative methodologies, and guiding product teams to deliver greater impact.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Product Management Center of Excellence, defining frameworks, metrics, and best practices.

Coach and mentor product managers; develop and deliver training programs and workshops.

Conduct benchmarking to identify best-in-class methodologies.

Drive process improvement and innovation in how products are defined, measured, and delivered.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, development, and business teams.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in Product Management within large or technology-driven organizations.

Strong background in Operational Excellence, Product Operations, or Process Optimization.

Experience in leading teams or mentoring product professionals.

Deep understanding of modern product practices (Agile, Lean, Data-driven).

Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure success.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.
