• Responsible for all commercial legal activities of Kornit worldwide, including contracts with customers, vendors and partners, labor issues, Licensing, IP, trademarks, including negotiations and disputes management. Responsible for creating and overseeing Company’s policies and guidelines in alignment with Kornit’s strategy and objectives
• Responsible for the corporate legal aspects and secretarial matters of Kornit as a publicly traded company, including BOD, SEC and Nasdaq compliance, governance, and filings
• Responsible for compliance, lead the compliance policies and activities, including Anti Bribery, Privacy and GDPR
• Lead professional legal team that responsible to provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice
• Participate in overall program management and change management strategy related to business initiatives/processes
• Engages with internal stakeholders and presenting regular sustainability reports and conduct sustainability assessments

Requirements:

What should you have?

• LLB, certified Israel bar association (or an equivalent legal degree and membership worldwide)
• At least 12-15 years post admission of experience in-house with a Global technology focused company
• Experience leading a Legal team, ideally in a global high-tech company
• Experience in publicly US traded companies
• Knowledge and experience in global regulatory regimes (such as GDPR)
• Broad-based commercial and corporate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Superb English language drafting and negotiation skills (English mother tongue level – Preferable)
• Highly motivated to contribute to the organization and learn.
• Ability to work long hours vis-à-vis different time zones under pressure
