About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer who combines design craftsmanship with strong technical expertise. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences. This role requires deep hands-on knowledge of Figma, practical experience with AI-driven design tools, and a solid understanding of Design Ops and system thinking. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to turn complex problems into elegant solutions that delight users and drive business results.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full design process for key features: research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Build, evolve, and maintain our design system in Figma to ensure design consistency and efficiency.
• Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to speed up ideation, identify design patterns, and refine user experiences.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to translate business goals and user insights into impactful design outcomes.
• Strengthen Design Ops: streamline workflows, maintain version control, improve handoffs, and uphold quality across design deliverables.
• Actively contribute to team design reviews—giving and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high design standards.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in collaborative, fast-paced teams (SaaS, consumer, or enterprise).
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped products.
• Expert-level command of Figma, including components, variants, libraries, and collaborative features.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced design workflows (e.g., generative tools, automation, or usability insights).
• Experience developing and scale design systems across teams and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of clearly articulating design rationale and collaborating across disciplines.
• Comfortable in agile environments - quick to adapt, learn, and iterate.
• A sharp sense of interaction and visual design; you balance usability with aesthetic precision.
• High ownership and initiative; you don’t wait for direction, you drive clarity and execution.
