Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. • Drive business expansion through effective deal sourcing and closing
• Manage the full acquisition and disposition process from lead to close

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in real estate acquisition and disposition
• Proven ability to confidently cold call and generate leads
• Strong negotiation skills for purchase agreements and assignment fees
• Demonstrated independence and ability to operate without constant supervision
• Experience in real estate transactions and deal structuring
• Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and market dynamics
• Ability to work within your time zone
