We are seeking a motivated and skilled Forex Recovery Agent to join our dynamic team in Netanya. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and recovering funds from Forex trading activities on behalf of clients. This position is suited for individuals who are knowledgeable about the Forex market and have excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and complaints from clients regarding fund recovery in the Forex market.

Analyze trading activity and financial records to locate discrepancies and assist in recovery efforts.

Develop recovery strategies and negotiate with relevant stakeholders to maximize client fund recovery.

Maintain detailed records of recovery efforts and client communications.

Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all recovery processes align with regulations.

Provide clients with timely updates on their recovery status and ensure a high level of customer service.

Conduct market research to stay informed about new trends and developments in Forex trading.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Forex trading or financial services is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew (or other languages is a plus).
