Join our team at ELTA for one of the most innovative and challenging projects in Israel and abroad.

The position includes:

• Managing and coordinating complex engineering scopes within system engineering projects

• Participating actively in the project from development to customer implementation

• Matrix management of multi-disciplinary teams

• Collaborating with internal IAI stakeholders and Israeli and international clients

What we’re looking for:

• BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, Aeronautics, or Biomedical Engineering – required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems engineering – required

• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, or radar algorithms – required

• High level of English – writing, reading, and speaking – required

• Experience working with multi-disciplinary systems – advantage

• Experience with MATLAB/Python – advantage

• Experience in defense systems – advantage

• Experience in operational or defense-related systems – advantage
