CollPlant Biotechnologies is developing technologies in the fields of regenerative medicine, 3D bioprinting of tissues and organs and medical aesthetics. We are looking for a Procurement and Export/Import specialist, to join our site in Rehovot. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination of purchasing activities with focus on Cost, Delivery and Quality
• ERP focal point for purchasing: Leading requisition to order process including goods receive and invoices. Familiarity with ‘Priority’ is a must.
• Handling all export/import needs end-to-end including Various types of shipments (Temperature control etc.), Obtaining permits for import (Ministry of health / Standard institute as needed), insurance and coordination.
• Sales operation and support end-to-end: issuing price quotations, sales orders and managing customer interactions

Education and experience requirements

• Relevant BA degree
• Experience in Purchasing: Course or formal training in the field of procurement
• Certified in the field of export-import and international trade with an emphasis on Medical Device.
• Knowledge of MS Office and relevant purchasing management software. Priority experience – a significant advantage.

• Advantage to Pharma/Medical device background

• Good English

• Operational and analysis skills with attention to details

• Ability to work within a team environment and meet targets under pressure.

• Ability to process and assess information quickly.

• Have good creative ability and a problem-solving mindset.

• Good intra-personal relationship with high communication ability.
