💼 The Role:

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager who’s a data-driven storyteller and a master of turning insights into action. You’ll build and execute marketing campaigns that engage, retain, and excite our users across every channel, from push notifications and email to in-app and digital media.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies that drive repeat orders and long-term engagement.

• Build and launch retention and engagement campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to optimize funnels and maximize conversion.

• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to deliver personalized, high-impact experiences.

• Continuously test, learn, and iterate to push performance and creativity further.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience in campaign management, retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2C or app-based environments.

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data, segmentation, and marketing automation tools.

• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced team.

• Fluent in Hebrew, Arabic, and English.

• A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
