*Marketing Manager – PPC & Performance Marketing Leader*

We are seeking a sharp, hands-on, and strategically minded *Marketing Manager* to lead our marketing department and directly impact business growth. As a global company providing immigration services, our success relies heavily on *high-performance PPC campaigns, **strong online presence, and close collaboration between **marketing and sales*.

The ideal candidate is not only an expert in *Google Ads and digital marketing, but also deeply understands **sales funnels, lead quality*, and how to align marketing with conversion goals. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with sales managers to ensure that every campaign supports revenue growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and optimize the company’s *Google Ads and PPC strategy*, ensuring top performance and high-quality lead generation

* Manage and mentor a small team: *PPC Manager* and *Marketing Assistant (SEO, ORM, content)*

* Work hand-in-hand with *sales managers* to align marketing efforts with sales targets, understand lead quality, and adjust campaigns accordingly

* Analyze *market trends, competitor activity*, and customer behavior to refine strategies and discover new growth opportunities

* Build and execute *marketing plans* that support the company’s business objectives and growth roadmap

* Oversee and optimize *SEO* and *online reputation (ORM)* efforts to improve organic visibility and brand trust

* Manage the company’s content strategy (blogs, social media, website) to support lead generation and authority in the field

* Use data and insights to constantly evaluate performance, solve problems, and refine strategies

* Explore and test new marketing channels, tools, and platforms to expand reach and improve efficiency

* Report regularly to leadership on KPIs, marketing impact, and recommendations for improvement

*Requirements:*

*3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC* – with clear, measurable success in lead generation

* Proven experience working in the *immigration or forex industry* – *mandatory*

* Strong understanding of *sales processes, funnels*, and collaboration between marketing and sales teams

* Demonstrated ability to lead *performance-driven marketing* with a focus on ROI

* Experience managing small teams and juggling multiple marketing functions (SEO, content, ORM)

* Excellent analytical skills and comfort with tools like *Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets*

* Comfortable working with platforms such as *Salesforce, Zapier, and Microsoft Power BI*

* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills – able to build a plan and roll up your sleeves

* Fluent in *Hebrew and English*, both written and spoken
