Maintenance Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry | GMP Environment
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead technical operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company operating under GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a professional maintenance team
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Drive technical projects and system upgrades
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory manufacturing standards (GMP)
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries (GMP environment)
- Strong knowledge of water systems, sterilization, HVAC, and validation processes
- Proven ability to lead processes and drive performance improvements
- Excellent technical English skills
