Responsible for leading the sales and registration processes of participants from around the world for educational tourism programs in Israel. The role includes team management, operating advanced registration systems, data analysis, continuous improvement of work processes, and providing quality service to a diverse international audience.

This is a managerial-operational role that combines commercial capabilities with order, accuracy, a service approach, and experience in global and multi-interface work.

Areas of responsibility

Leading international sales and registration processes with partners, marketing teams, representatives, and suppliers from different countries

Ongoing management of sales and registration teams, including training, professional guidance, and performance monitoring

Producing analytical reports, analyzing trends, and presenting data to management for informed decision-making

Streamlining work processes while maintaining high standards of service, availability, and accuracy

Ensuring the correctness and up-to-dateness of data in CRM and internal registration systems

Answer For real-time operational problems and providing fast and effective solutions

Close cooperation with the marketing and information systems department, the various program and product managers

Relevant bachelor's degree - an advantage for the fields of management, information systems, marketing or tourism

At least 3 years of experience in managing sales processes

Experience in managing teams (at least 5 employees), including training, monitoring and control

High analytical skills: producing reports, identifying insights and presenting them

Mastery of CRM systems - mandatory (advantage for mastery of SALESFORCE)

Punctuality, order and ability to work under pressure in a multi-interface environment

Very high service awareness, excellent interpersonal relations and ability to work in a team

Full command of Hebrew and English (reading, writing and speaking) - mandatory; additional languages - an advantage"
