PwC is seeking BD Operations
If you’re early in your career, passionate about startups and the Tech eco-system and eager to blend your interest in business development and sales operations this could be your place.
We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual with strong operational skills, a can-do attitude, data oriented and excellent organizational abilities to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Support our business development activities by identifying new leads and helping us connect with startup founders and investors
Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
Manage follow-ups and ensure smooth sales pipeline progression
Provide ongoing client service post-onboarding
Coordinating with our internal team and understanding client needs.
Help us grow our network within the startup and scale-up ecosystem- from VC communities to founder platforms.
Plan and execute events to engage with the startup ecosystem.
Track, report, and organize key activities across CRM and communication tools.
Prepare and present reports and presentations, showcasing campaign performance and future strategies.
Create and manage learning materials, resources, and playbooks (decks, guides, FAQs)
Analyze data and derive insights to inform client strategies.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales support, or business development roles- ideally in a startup
Curious, driven, and eager to learn- not afraid to take initiative and make things happen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong service orientation
A natural communicator and comfortable speaking with clients and partners, in both Hebrew and English.
Must have- SalesForce experience
High organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Self- motivated, with a commercial mindset and a proactive attitude
