We are looking for our next star Logistics Coordinator – a motivated and detail-oriented professional to take full ownership of international shipping operations and drive logistics processes forward with precision and efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Shipping and Logistics Specialist, located in the Tel Aviv District.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00-18:00, plus Fridays from 8:00-16:00.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end international shipping operations to over 130 countries worldwide.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments in compliance with international trade laws, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate daily with global customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and factories (primarily in China).
• Prepare and handle all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolve delays or issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation standards.
• Maintain and update Gantt charts and shipping schedules to meet strict deadlines.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and ensure timely collection.
• Act as a communication bridge between international stakeholders and internal teams (sales, operations, and finance).

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
• Problem-solver with the ability to manage challenges and think on your feet.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to timelines.
