• Lead an optical and electro-optical development program from concept to maturity.
• Develop hi-end, novel optical components and subsystems.
• Drive excellence and high executional capabilities in Program Management, with a focus on delivering value to the company and customers.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other departments and stakeholders, both within and outside the R&D
• Create customer engagement and solve customer problems

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Organized. Detail-oriented
• Proven related experience in conducting and leading innovative science and technology efforts in optics and electro-optics. Concrete theoretical background in relevant disciplines
• 3+ years experience in program management or system engineering of optical and electro-optical products / product lines – mandatory

Experience working with external customers

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics / Electrical Engineering specializing in optics
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and eager to take responsibility and deliver results
• Works well under pressure
• Fluent Hebrew and English
• Full time position
• Office\lab working environment
• Can work from home 1-2 days per week
• Occasional extra working hours
• Travel abroad ~2-4 times a year
