A fast-growing AI startup is developing a SaaS platform for managing and monitoring complex construction projects. The goal is to digitize the construction industry, minimize the gap between planning and execution, and reduce costs. The platform uses computer vision to process and analyze 360-degree camera footage and 3D models.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near the train line, and operates a hybrid work model with one day from home. It has around 240 employees globally, 180 in Israel, including 40 in R&D.

Following a successful Series C funding round totaling $100M, the company has paying customers and offers benefits such as stock options, lunch, and an education fund.

Role Overview:

• Join a team of 7 developers, reporting to the Head of Development
• Frontend development using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Collaborate with backend and R&D teams on end-to-end features
• Contribute to building and maintaining scalable, high-quality frontend architecture

Requirements:

• 5 years of engineering experience (writing code and delivering products).
• 2 years of hands-on experience with React, building web-based products.
• Leadership experience, whether it's leading people, projects, or technologies.
• Strong people skills.
• Full stack experience with server-side technologies and specifically Python (advantage).
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments (advantage).
