Simploud is a growing SaaS company helping Life Sciences teams manage quality, compliance, and lab operations.
The Role:
We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and help support our customers and grow our product.
What You’ll Do:
- Turn customer needs into system designs and setups.
- Support customers and help them get the most out of our platform.
- Gather feedback and suggest ways to improve the product.
- Run training sessions to help customers learn the system.
- Work to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
What You Need:
- Degree in Industrial, Biomedical, Biotechnology Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Clear and simple communication skills.
- Strong presentation and people skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems and basic tech tools (HTML, XML, JSON).
- Fluent English.
- A self-starter who enjoys a fast-moving environment.
Location:
Near Hashalom train station, Tel Aviv.
