**Description:

**As a member of our Engineering leadership, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge SaaS products, built to prevent phishing attacks at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of high-caliber software engineers to achieve business goals in high-paced, Agile methodology while maintaining highest quality.
• Design, implement and optimize highly scalable and maintainable user-facing systems, and APIs.
• Hire, mentor and inspire a team to adopt engineering excellence
• Become a subject matter expert on architecture, performance, and optimization
• Plan and execute quarterly and sprint plans, communicate effectively risks and mitigations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development - must
• In addition, 3+ years of technical leadership experience, people management - must
• Must have 2+ years’ experience in Python
• Must have experience with Architecture, PostgreSQL, Cloud, Micro-Services development.
• Must have experience in leading projects and planning work in Agile and dynamic manner.
• Experience in Linux, AWS – an advantage
• BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering
