I'm Hiring- Global Clinical Operations Leader:

I am supporting my client in their search for an Oncology specialised Global Clinical Operations Leader based in Europe to oversee the strategic direction, development, and execution of their global clinical operations activities.

The Global Clinical Operations Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the operational strategy for clinical trials worldwide, while ensuring that the organisation’s clinical programs meet all regulatory and quality standards. This leader will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a global team of clinical operations professionals, establishing best practices, and contributing to the organization’s broader clinical development goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field- Essential
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) or certification (e.g., PMP, ACRP, SOCRA)- Desired

Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing Oncology global clinical trials.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large, complex, global clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, budget oversight, and risk management across global programs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations technology, data analytics, and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and matrixed global organisation.
