Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide subject matter expertise on hedge fund operations, trade reconciliation, and portfolio management processes.
• Design and deliver high-quality training datasets and scenarios for AI model development focused on trading and hedge fund workflows.
• Review, analyze, and enhance the accuracy of AI-generated outputs by applying real-world operational knowledge.
• Document best practices, operational standards, and complex financial concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
• Engage in peer reviews and validation exercises to ensure the reliability and practicality of AI-driven solutions.
• Identify operational pain points and help shape AI features to address industry-specific challenges in trading and portfolio management.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring training content and feedback are actionable and precise.

• Extensive experience in hedge fund operations, with hands-on knowledge of trade reconciliation and portfolio management analytics.
• Deep understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and industry-standard platforms.
• Proven track record of collaborating with trading or hedge fund teams in high-paced environments.
