We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Product to lead our product organization at an exciting B2B cybersecurity startup on the verge of becoming a unicorn.

The successful candidate will shape the future of our AI-powered security platform, driving innovation, product strategy, and execution to deliver measurable impact for our customers.

What you’ll do:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate a bold product vision aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Stay ahead of trends in cybersecurity and AI, anticipating market shifts and customer needs.
• Drive the evolution of our platform, ensuring it remains best-in-class in security and AI intelligence.

Product Roadmap & Execution

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to prioritize and deliver the product roadmap.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product initiatives, balancing innovation with operational excellence.
• Measure product success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer impact.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Directors and Managers, cultivating a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Inspire creativity, ownership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Customer & Market Insights

• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through feedback, market research, and data analytics.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Support to continuously enhance user satisfaction.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, including optimization, iteration, and end-of-life decisions.
• Define effective pricing and positioning strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in senior executive product leadership roles, experienced in managing managers in cybersecurity, AI, and SaaS.
• Track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and market leadership.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, security challenges, and AI-driven solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
