Position Summary

We are looking for a business-oriented hands-on IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s global information systems, business applications, and IT operations.

This role combines system implementation, process optimization, and leadership of IT professionals and service providers.

It is an excellent opportunity for an Application Project Manager who is ready to take the next step into a company-wide leadership role, owning the full IT and digital transformation journey — including ERP, CRM, and emerging AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation and integration projects, ensuring strong business alignment and scalability.

• Oversee all business applications, including ERP, CRM, and other organizational systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth daily operations.

• Manage the IT domain through a professional team and external service providers, covering infrastructure, cybersecurity, and helpdesk operations.

• Partner with department heads to define the company’s IS/IT roadmap and digital transformation priorities.

• Lead the company’s AI and automation initiatives, identifying relevant use cases and supporting implementation.

• Manage the IS/IT budget, monitor costs, and ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and management on system-related and technological decisions.

• Ensure compliance, access control, and business continuity through proper IT governance.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science, preferably with a specialization or minor in Information Systems.

• 3–5 years of experience in information systems, ERP/CRM implementation, or digital transformation roles.

• Ability to lead projects and coordinate IT infrastructure, security, and system operations through internal and external experts.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and automation.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology.

• Independent, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior leadership position.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Priority ERP.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Experience in AI adoption or business process automation projects.

• Certifications in ERP, CRM, or IT management.
