International Service Manager – Thermal Systems

Mechanical Devices is seeking a hands-on International Service Manager to support our global customers in the field of advanced thermal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to international customers via email, chat, and onsite visits.
• Frequent travel (up to 30%) for installations, troubleshooting, and customer training.
• Deep mechanical understanding: diagnose, resolve, and explain technical issues related to thermal/mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical support or field service, preferably with mechanical/thermal systems.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Solid hands-on mechanical skills (technician/engineer background preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and independence.
