We’re looking for software engineers at multiple experience levels to help design, build, and scale the core, backend and infrastructure powering our advanced AI reasoning systems.

You’ll work on high-performance distributed systems, production-grade services, and cloud-native environments that form the foundation of our core product.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of our AI-based product’s software stack (primarily in Python)
• Build and maintain APIs, services, and supporting infrastructure in modern containerized environments
• Collaborate closely with research and ML teams to create robust data and model pipelines
• Help improve observability, scalability, and performance across the system
• Depending on your experience, take ownership of components or subsystems and drive them end-to-end

What you’ll bring

• 0–4 years of professional software engineering experience (internships and academic projects count!)
• A record of doing things with care and quality – whether through strong university grades, thoughtful projects, or meaningful technical contributions
• Solid programming skills in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus
• Basic to strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and distributed computing principles
• Familiarity with container tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow as part of a high-performing engineering team

Bonus points for

• Experience with Linux systems and debugging tools
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems design
