We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our growing team and help shape how Stigg communicates visually with the world. As our Marketing Designer, you’ll own the visual language across all marketing channels, from brand campaigns and social media, to our website and product storytelling.

What Will Be Your Primary Goals 🎯

• Define and evolve Stigg’s visual identity across all marketing touchpoints- web, social, email, presentations, and events.
• Conceptualize and design creative assets that tell our story and strengthen brand awareness.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and growth teams to create campaigns that convert.
• Design and maintain marketing collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, ads, and decks.
• Partner with product and brand designers to ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing materials.
• Translate complex product ideas into simple, compelling visual messages.
• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality and on-brand delivery.
• Explore and experiment with new visual directions, formats, and trends to keep our brand fresh and inspiring.

**Requirements

**What we think can help you achieve your goals 🏆

• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Brand Designer, or Visual Designer in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital marketing, brand identity, and visual storytelling.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), or similar.
• Experience designing for web, social, and paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and motion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A proactive mindset- you take ownership, move fast, and bring ideas to life.

Bonus Points

• Motion design / animation skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Webflow.
• Experience collaborating with growth or performance marketing teams.
