Process EngineerJob Summary:

We are seeking a Process Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial processes to manage, optimize, and improve production operations. The role involves process ownership, project management for facility upgrades, and collaboration across teams to implement best practices and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production lines
• Monitor, document, and control production line performance
• Analyze production reports and troubleshoot process issues
• Support implementation of work plans and projects in the plant
• Improve plant efficiency and ensure compliance with annual budget targets
• Implement process changes and oversee upgrades on production lines
• Provide engineering support to Production Manager in planning, documentation, and execution of projects

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Biochemical / Food Engineering – required
• Master’s degree – advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a process engineer in industrial processes (fertilizers, chemicals, petroleum, food, or similar)
• Supervisory experience – advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to process field data
• High autonomy, initiative, and reliability
• Ability to manage complex processes under pressure
• English – high level (spoken and written)
