**About The Opportunity

**We are inviting industry experts and senior professionals from the restaurant, hotel, and catering sectors in Israel to participate in paid consulting discussions with global business clients seeking local market insights.

Experts will share their professional experience and perspectives on Billing and POS solutions, restaurant operations, and procurement practices in the Israeli F&B industry.

**Who We’re Looking For

**Professionals at manager level and above, currently or recently associated with:

• Local restaurant chains (not large multinationals) with annual revenues exceeding 700K NIS (USD 200K) — including Owners, General Managers, Procurement Managers, and Operations Managers.
• F&B Managers of hotels across Israel.
• Owners, General Managers, Procurement Managers, or Operations Managers of catering businesses.

Engagement Details

• Duration: 30–60 minutes (phone or video call).
• Compensation: Paid honorarium for your time and insights.
• Flexibility: Participate remotely, based on your convenience.

Ideal Background

• Proven experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality operations.
• Deep understanding of billing systems, POS solutions, or procurement processes.
• Decision-making or managerial responsibilities in the F&B industry.
• Fluency in Hebrew (English preferred).
