Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate coding benchmarks in C++/Rust, focusing on robust and efficient system design.
• Curate real-world tasks, solutions, and test suites from open-source and production repositories.
• Implement and verify unit and integration tests to ensure benchmark accuracy and reproducibility.
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for high performance and reliability.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on solution quality and adherence to systems engineering best practices.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as a Systems or Software Engineer at a top-tier technology company or research lab.
• Deep expertise in C++ and/or Rust with a strong understanding of system-level architecture and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in debugging, testing, and validation of production-grade or mobile applications.
• Excellent technical reasoning, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote, asynchronous setting.
