Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Go, curating issues, solutions, and test suites from real-world repositories.
• Ensure benchmark tasks include comprehensive unit and integration tests for solution verification.
• Maintain scalability and consistency of benchmark distribution and quality.
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility.
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality, architecture, and best practices.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Applied Data Scientist.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Go (Golang).
• Experience with debugging, testing, and validating backend systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical communication skills.

Project Timeline
