About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Tel Aviv office. You’ll manage relationships with both enterprise clients and high-profile accounts, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with security teams and social media teams on the client side, lead onboarding, create platform documentation, and support users with best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with enterprise and high-profile clients.

• Work directly with social media and security teams to implement and optimize Spikerz solutions.

• Lead onboarding and training sessions for new clients.

• Create clear, professional manuals and guides for platform features.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts.

• Proactively monitor accounts and provide insights to prevent security or comment issues.

• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to address feedback and enhance functionality.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
• Experience working with SMBs and enterprise-level clients.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• High availability and ability to work US hours.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv and work on-site (not remote).
