• Provide technical support for OMC’s clients across Linux/Windows environments, cloud platforms, networking, and virtualization.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring top-tier service.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

• Certification or training in Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Network Management, Cloud Technologies, or CCNA.

• Proven experience with Infrastructure, Virtualization, or Microsoft/Linux operating systems – strong advantage.

• Background in technical support or customer service – advantage.

• Experience with WEB/PHP-based environments – strong advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented approach.

• High level of English – required.
