We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of our production cloud platform driving scalability, reliability, and innovation across Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code environments.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and operate resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Lead AWS Well-Architected initiatives focusing on security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Champion GitOps principles (Argo CD, declarative configs, PR-driven changes).
• Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Argo CD), secrets management, and policy-as-code.
• Develop end-to-end observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and drive Terraform standards, modules, and code reviews.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; lead incident readiness, response, and post-mortems.
• Support FinOps practices to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer / SRE in large-scale production environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking (DNS/HTTP/TCP/IP), and security fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD) and GitOps workflows.
• Familiarity with service mesh and policy-as-code tools.
• Knowledge of observability frameworks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Background in SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
• Nice to have: FinOps, scripting in Python or Node.js, and experience with DynamoDB/MongoDB/OpenSearch.
