Your Role – Cybersecurity White & Red Team Trainer

As part of CYBERGYM IEC’s White & Red Team – a group of cybersecurity experts – you will deliver advanced cyber training programs in our arenas worldwide.

You will join a diverse and international team of professional trainers, contributing both technically and creatively by developing new cyber-attack and defense scenarios.

This role requires not only deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and information security but also a high level of professionalism, personal representation, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.

We value trainers who combine hands-on cyber experience with strong teaching and presentation skills – professionals who can both inspire and lead trainees through engaging, realistic, and high-impact learning experiences.

Location

The position is primarily based at CYBERGYM IEC’s Training Arena in Tel Aviv, near the Hashalom Train Station, with occasional work from our headquarters in the Northern Hi-Tech Park, Caesarea.

Skills and Experience

· Minimum of 4years of experience in training delivery – mandatory

· Proven hands-on experience with security products – mandatory

· Solid knowledge of cloud technologies – mandatory

· Familiarity with security methodologies – mandatory

· Experience or familiarity with penetration testing (application and/or infrastructure), malware, and vulnerability analysis

· Full professional proficiency in English – mandatory

· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

· Highly motivated for continuous professional growth and effective teamwork.

Nice to Have…

· Previous experience with ICS/SCADA environments.

· Additional languages
