We are looking for an experienced engineering Manager to drive the development of our CADR (Cloud Application Detection & Response) product, the industry’s most innovative defense system for neutralizing application-layer attacks in real time.

**What You’ll Be Doing

**As the leader of our CADR engineering activity, you will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled engineers and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality capabilities in our product within. This team is responsible for developing Oligo’s platform for detecting and blocking software attacks in cloud environment.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from design to architecture and implementation, driving the transformation of our MVP into a scalable enterprise-grade solution.
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.
• Work closely with our security researchers, turning innovative security concepts into reality and building the infrastructure that powers research enablement.
• Collaborate closely with research, engineering and customer-facing teams in Oligo.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading development teams of at least 8 engineers in the cyber security industry.
• Proven track record of designing and building backend micro-services using modern technologies. In particular, experience with real-time processing pipelines at scale.
• Experience working with security researchers to transform research insights into efficient scalable production-ready features.
• Experience with data processing solutions, relational DBs (e.g. PostgreSQL) and message brokers (e.g. Kafka).
• 6+ years of experience in backend development in cloud-native environments, mainly AWS and container based environments.
• Experience working directly with customers or client-facing teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
