Job Title: Solutions Architect – EMEA Region

Location: Remote (EMEA)

About the Role:

As one of the first Solutions Architects on the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in both the pre-sales motion and the strategic development of our client’s GTM engine. You'll work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and leadership to translate complex Kubernetes, DevOps, and cost optimisation solutions into tangible business value for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up within the cloud-native ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the technical pre-sales process from discovery through to close for enterprise prospects across the EMEA region.
• Deliver compelling demos, POCs, and architecture workshops showcasing the value of Kubernetes and cost optimization solutions.
• Partner with sales leadership on account strategy, solution design, and deal qualification.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, cloud-native architectures that deliver performance and cost efficiency.
• Influence the product roadmap through field insights and direct customer feedback.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy, technical enablement materials, and best practices to accelerate deal cycles.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for key enterprise clients and partners.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineering role, ideally at a high-growth infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud technology company.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and DevOps toolchains (e.g., Helm, Terraform, CI/CD, Prometheus, etc.).
• Solid understanding of cloud cost management and optimisation within AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Proven success supporting enterprise sales cycles and leading technical evaluations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences.
• Experience working in or supporting early-stage, fast-paced GTM teams.
• Located within the EMEA region and comfortable engaging with customers across multiple time zones.
