ILS Manager | Lod | IAI – Military Aircraft Division

We are looking for an ILS Manager to join the Military UAV Division at IAI.

The position includes:

• Preparing logistic support proposals and defining maintenance concepts based on customer requirements

• Writing product support documentation such as ILSP

• Understanding and defining ILS engineering documents such as MEA, LORA, LSA, FRD, FMECA and others

• Working directly with customers in Israel or abroad

• Performing cost calculations such as LCC

• Calculating and managing spare parts provisioning

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electro Optics or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience working with airborne systems

• Background in maintenance of defense systems, especially airborne systems

• Experience in ILS work and customer facing roles

• High level English

• Additional languages an advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad

• Full proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness and ability to lead in a matrix environment

• Ability to work independently
