**Role Description
**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Herzliya for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and contributing to sales pipeline growth. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, building relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to meet company growth objectives. The individual will play a key part in enhancing client engagement and driving new business opportunities.

**Qualifications

• Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships
• Experience with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to organizing sales activities
• Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate their value to potential clients
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Previous experience in the tech industry or AI/data solutions is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
