Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Architect with proven, hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team.

In this key role, you will be responsible for designing high-level software structures, integrating AI-driven capabilities, making critical technical decisions, and ensuring the architectural integrity and innovation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-level product specifications with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and AI-driven innovation.
• Create and communicate architectural blueprints for complex software systems, including GenAI-based components and integrations.
• Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, prompt engineering, etc.) across products and platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of architectural and AI-related decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, AI platforms, and models for new projects (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in software architecture and AI integration.
• Participate in code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to standards and innovation goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, with a special focus on Generative AI trends, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Web development and/or server-side development (.NET / Java / NodeJS / Python).
• At least 2 years of experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular 2+, React, or VueJS.
• Proven hands-on experience (2+ years) with Generative AI technologies — designing, integrating, or deploying AI-based systems using LLMs or related frameworks.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary company and/or complex technological environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Team leadership experience – an advantage.
