A technology company leading a revolution in accounting and business management in Israel is looking for a Software Sales Agent.
The role includes full responsibility for leading the sales process from the stage of receiving the lead to transferring the customer to the customer service department, while effectively managing all sales stages - creating initial contact, identifying business needs, presenting a customized solution, managing negotiations and closing deals.
Areas of responsibility:
Managing the sales process from end to end: receiving leads, warming up and leading until closing and transferring the customer to the CS team.
Conducting calls and meetings with potential customers, including presenting a professional demo of the system and its benefits.
Characterizing business needs and adapting relevant solutions from the platform's capabilities.
Leading the negotiation process and closing deals in accordance with company policy.
Ongoing work with Pre-Sale and Post-Sale teams to ensure a high-quality implementation process and customer experience Optimal.
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, including performance monitoring and tracking.
Regularly updating lead and deal status in Pipedrive and reporting to the Sales Manager." "
Previous experience in B2B sales – a significant advantage for experience in selling software or SaaS solutions.
Familiarity with the accounting world – preference for candidates with knowledge in the field or a background in working with accountants and representatives.
Proven ability to negotiate and lead complex sales processes.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify business opportunities and leverage them.
Excellent presentation skills, including presenting in front of an audience.
Ability to work independently and self-manage alongside team collaboration.
Experience in managing multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting goals.
High communication skills – written and oral.
Analytical abilities – analyzing data, identifying trends and deriving insights to improve the sales process.
Mastery of CRM systems – an advantage for Pipedrive.
Very good command of Office applications
