_A great opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor, Media & Entertainment. Recent working knowledge of GDS Systems is required for both reservations as well as fares and ticketing support for your team.

As a Supervisor, Media & Entertainment, you will

• Monitor team workload and performance and ensure a high level of service is provided
• Support the Operations Manager
• Focus on the frequent creation of performance data reports
• Motivate and support your team
• Drive operational service, quality, and efficiencies
• Monitor Policy adherence / Quality Control
• Deal with client feedback in a calm and professional manner
• Deal with VIP clients
• Be responsible for Travel Consultant training
• Be able to manage and support multiple operational setups globally

About You

• Experience in the Media and Entertainment sector is required
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Must be calm, professional, and level-headed
• Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing landscape
• Troubleshooting skills and creative thinking
• Proficiency in GDS Sabre is a must

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor, Media & Entertainment is between $70,000 and $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
