We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to join our R&D team!

In this role you will own and lead all IT operations across the company, supporting our global teams - including our offices in Tel Aviv and New York.

Responsibilities:

• Support system integrations and implementations.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, permissions, devices).
• Purchase, configure, and maintain laptops and other hardware.
• Manage network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPN, AV, Device management, access control, VC systems).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests (help desk) company-wide.
• Ensure security, reliability, and smooth IT operations across all locations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT in tech/startup environments - Must
• Proven ability to independently manage and prioritize IT operations end to end.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with macOS and Apple hardware.
• Skilled in Google Workspace, networking, and access systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, comfortable supporting global teams and working across time zones.
