Satellite Integration Manufacturing Engineer | Yehud | IAI – Space Division

We are looking for a Satellite Integration Manufacturing Engineer to join the MBT Space Division at IAI’s Missile & Space Systems Group.

The position includes:

• Leading, supporting, and defining cabling and wiring processes for satellite integration

• Working closely with electrical and system engineers

• Reviewing and interpreting electrical and harness drawings

• Writing assembly and test specifications for cable harnesses using CAD tools and 3D models

• Supporting manufacturing processes and training technicians in satellite assembly

• Handling fault analysis, participating in failure investigations, and driving process improvements

What we are looking for:

• Practical engineer or technician in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – required

• At least 2 years of experience in cabling systems (military / defense / civil) – required

• Experience in aerospace electrical systems (IAF background – Avionics Technician) – advantage

• Background in cable design, integration, and mechanical packaging – advantage

• Familiarity with SAP, Harnessys, Visio, Unigraphics – advantage

• Knowledge of advanced assembly methods in aerospace / space – advantage

• High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required

• Willingness to travel abroad (~2 weeks per year) – required

• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure
