Our platform automates the entire Request to Reconciliation process, seamlessly integrating with ERP systems and offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of finance and procurement teams. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative for North America. This role is located in Israel and will report to Marketing. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for hunting for leads, qualifying, and building sales opportunities for the team. We are looking for a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling. The SDR will act as the initial point of contact while making a business impact through scheduling meetings for the inside sales team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing and Inbound SDR experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
Curious about understanding business challenges
High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
Entrepreneurship: a self-starter who has a high sense of urgency and can work within undefined processes
CRM experience (preferably Salesforce & HubSpot)
Proven track of success over the phone
Working days are Monday-Friday. Work hours are in the East Coast Time zone.

Job Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound outreach
Schedule discovery calls for our inside sales team on inbound leads, as well as cold outbound campaigns
Maintain reminders, and make sure that the prospects are showing up for the meetings scheduled, and follow up if needed.
Qualify prospects through consultative selling
Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce
Become an expert at using lead generation tools (like Zoominfo, Apollo, Salesloft) to generate lists of target prospect accounts
Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email, and social touches
Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month
Work closely with Sales and Marketing departments
Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
