About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our global team in Israel.

In this role, you’ll own the relationship with some of our largest enterprise customers, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our platform and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers as their focal point
• Lead renewal cycles and contract processes to ensure no service interruptions
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive net retention growth
• Conduct regular business reviews and health checks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Operations teams
• Serve as the escalation point for product feedback, bugs, and feature requests

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Executive in SaaS / AI-based platforms
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts ($1M+ book of business)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mentality
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• English – must
