Arnold Ash Group are partnered with a leading B2B iGaming platform provider to identify and attract a Global Sales Director to spearhead their continued growth across multiple regions, with a particular focus on Europe & LATAM. With a strong track record of delivering scalable, and high-performing solutions, our client are looking to accelerate their growth across Europe, Latin America, and beyond.

As Global Sales Director, you will be the tip of the spear for the company’s global sales strategy, leading from the front to drive revenue growth and build long-term strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for positioning the business as a preferred partner in the competitive iGaming & Sports Betting landscape, while building and mentoring a high-performing international sales team.

Key Responsibilities of the Global Sales Director:

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to expand market share across Europe, LATAM, and other key regions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Establish strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the iGaming sector.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable commercial agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to stay ahead of market opportunities and challenges.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and drive business opportunities.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking to the executive leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the iGaming, betting, or online entertainment sectors.
  • Strong network of industry contacts across Europe and LATAM (experience in additional markets is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, SaaS / platform technology, and complex solution selling.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
