As a member of the AppWork team, you’ll be helping to build and deliver technology that solves real problems, makes communities run better, and creates happier teams and residents.

**As Head of Product you will own the product roadmap end-to-end: defining vision and strategy, building out the product roadmap, aligning with market and customer needs (multifamily property owners/managers, maintenance technicians, vendors, residents), managing the product team, driving cross-functional collaboration with the engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring AppWork continues to deliver innovation and scales for broader adoption.

This position will be remote to start, with the expectation of transitioning to our Israel office once it's open.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with AppWork’s business strategy and market opportunity in the multifamily maintenance vertical.
• Own the product roadmap: prioritize features, modules, enhancements using data, customer feedback and competitive insight.
• Lead customer and market research to deeply understand user personas: property owners, maintenance supervisors, technicians, vendors, residents; and translate into product requirements and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design (UX/UI) and data/BI teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products with strong usability and performance.
• Establish product processes: roadmapping, discovery, delivery, metrics.
• Define, monitor and drive key product metrics: adoption, engagement, retention, churn, customer satisfaction, ROI and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market, positioning, launch readiness, onboarding and feedback loops.
• Foster a strong user-centric product culture: champion simplicity, data integrity, technician empowerment and minimal training friction.
• Stay on top of industry trends in multifamily operations, property maintenance technology, vertical SaaS and competitive landscape to ensure AppWork remains category-defining and market leader.

Qualifications

• 8+ years product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP/Head) in a SaaS environment, preferably vertical SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering successful product portfolios, ideally in property tech, field service, maintenance or operations markets.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to define vision and translate into actionable roadmap and execution.
• Deep user-empathy and ability to engage with multiple personas (technicians on the ground, property managers, executives) and design for each appropriately.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining and monitoring product-centric metrics and using those to steer decisions.
• Strong leadership skills: building, motivating, collaborating cross-functionally, influencing at the executive level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management: able to align across sales, marketing, engineering, customer success and external partners.
• Familiarity with integrations, partner ecosystems, mobile + web product stacks, and ideally AI/analytics functionality.
• A bias toward action in a fast-growing startup: comfortable with ambiguity, prioritization trade-offs, and scaling processes when needed.
• Passion for solving real operational problems and simplifying complex workflows, especially in maintenance, field service, or operations contexts - is a big plus.
